My name is Shin Ji Su, and my English name is John. I am 11 years old, and a 4th grader. I go to a school that is called Yong-in-yi-dong Elementary School. I was born when it was fall, and when the year was 2000 (2000, November 10th). I was born when it was a cold fall that was almost winter. It seemed like that fall when I was born was really winter. The season that I was born in is a little good because it's fall, because fall is not hot or cold like the summer or winter. But it seemed a little bad too, because the season when I was born seemed like winter, not fall. I was born in Korea in a hospital that was in Seoul, which is our country's capital city. Then, we moved to another city that was in Korea but I don't know where it was we moved to.

I have 4 family members including me: my father, my mother, my sister, and me. My father is good at sports such as soccer, basketball, and dodge ball. So my father is very strong and has big muscles. And he is good at English like me. My mother is good at cooking. She can make many foods, and almost all of them tastes good. In fact, my father makes the food more deliciously, and my mother is good at cooking foods. My sister (my older sister) is good at drawing pictures. She can draw a picture that looks almost  real. So I was very surprised when I saw my sister's drawing. In fact, she goes to art academy. She goes there and after 3 hours at her art academy, she returns home. So we had to wait a very long time until she returns home. My sister's dream is to be a fashion designer. She is interested in designing, and she is good at performing, and she wants to study in another country in Europe, because there, there are many universities that are for designing.

I like to read a comic book called "메이플스토리'' or a comic book that is called "Why?'', because they are very interesting to me. In fact, I read them when I am eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and when I went to my relatives' house, I also took them to my relatives to read. I am good at English like my father, and good at memorizing words, Chinese, and memorizing country names. But I am not good at art, which my sister is good at. I am not good at drawing things.
        
I want to help people who are sick. My dream is to be a doctor who helps people who have heart disease. Because I know that people who have heart disease are suffering. So my decision is to study hard because if I am going to be a doctor, I know I should study hard. Especially math, because my mother said that if I am going to be a doctor, I should study lots of math. Something good about me is that I am good at many things and I have a good heart, but something bad about me is that I am shy. So I don't have many friends. (Only one.) My parents said it like that and I agree with them. I just wish that my personality were not shy and that I had many friends.
