 Hi, Lidia! I have some good news and a bad news.

If you're not feeling good, please skip the bad news part.

First good news is that I might be able to go to your house in your birthday.

My parents said they would think about it, but they looked like they were about to say 'yes' to your offer.

They first said 'no', but I said you are very generous and kind.

(My parents usually don't trust friends who met in the internet portal site..)

Also, I promised that I would call my parents a lot while I'm in your birthday party.

So, they decided to think about it more and tell me tomorrow.

 Here's the bad news.

I saw the weather in Oscar- but it's not good at all.

In your birthday, a big storm is going to hit Oscar. The announcer said we might not be able to move anywhere because of the storm. 

Our parents are preparing a shelter to hide during the storm. (It includes some Earthquake... AHHH!)

We're just hoping that the storm would pass Oscar.

I'm so worried about it... Are you feeling okay at this news..?

I saw the weather in Oscar too and it's very bad.. 

I'm not sad about my birthday, but I'm so worried about you.

Some storm is really bad and when it is deadly, flood might hit Oscar too..

It's just a rumor, but that might be true.

Thus, I hope you won't come through all the dangers to meet me in my birthday.

I really do.

So please stay safe and I hope the storm would pass Oscar like you do.

Well.. The news is right I guess.. The sky is so dark and we can see the thunder coming.

Radio is telling that we should not move anywhere in this storm.

Tomorrow is your birthday, but I think I should miss it.. I'm really sorry.

Oh, and if the miracle (Storm's stop) happens, I would letter you right away.

Also, I just heard that the storm is going through Oscar.

I'm watching the news with my family to see what happens.

You might not be able to see this letter, but outside is so terrible.

Earthquake is making many things fall down. A theater fell and a sinkhole appeared too. 

Are you in the shelter safely?

I really hope you do. I would feel so miserable if you're hurt or has a bad injury because of this storm.
