Yesterday, we moved to Suwon. I might have mentioned in my last diary. But in this diary, you can learn more details about it. Here is my story.
After school yesterday, I came home with my father's permission. He is resting today from work because it's moving day. So I came home and the house was filled with carpets! Of course there were boxes. I didn't go outside because there were no trucks. "Maybe all the luggage was out of the truck," I thought. Yes, it was gone, but not inside our house. The workers had already put the piano in. But my violin case was not there. "Where is it?" I thought. The sofa and bed came in too. In two hours, all the heavy luggage, including all the refrigerators came in. (We have 3 refrigerators.)
That afternoon, before my baby brother Junseo and mom came from work, we went into town. We needed to buy plastic garbage bags.
And we had to go to the community center. But in the parking lot, I only saw an old brick house filled with steps. And behind our back was a statue of Jejus and Maria, Jejus`s mother. "That`s strange. Today is Wednesday. Besides, we are not Catholic. We are Chrisitian!" I thought.
Well, guess what? The old brick house was the community center. But I must say, the inside was new. The floor was cement and marble (most marble). We entered a small door. We didn't get plastic bags there. But at a convenience store, Seven Eleven, I had some bread, Korean biscuits,
a little milk, and a small triangle shaped kimbab. They were very delicious! By 6 o'clock all the luggage was in the house. It had been an exhausting
day. But I don`t mind it. We almost all settled in our new house!
