On Saturday, my friends and I went to Cheonggyecheon and Cheonggyecheon Museum.
We went there by subway. First, we went to Cheonggyecheon to catch a small fish.
But we had to release the fish after we saw what kind of fish we caught. First, we made a fish trap.
After we finished making the fish trap, we were divided into three teams and set out to catch fish.
My friends and I were on team 3, so we lowered the fish trap, crossed a stone bridge, and went back to Experience Center’s small aquarium where we can see fish. And we went to get a fish trap off.
I was hoping to catch many fish, but I couldn’t catch any of them. My friends didn't catch fish, either. I was disappointed that we couldn’t catch fish. But luckily, our instructor caught many fish.
We caught many kinds of fish. And we wrote about them on the activity sheet and left Cheonggyecheon.
Next we went to eat delicious lunch. One of my friends ate jjamppong, and the other friend and I ate steak. And we went to Cheonggyecheon Museum. It was not near Home Plus where we ate, but it was not that far away. At there we saw the history of Cheonggyecheon. There was a highway, but in 2005, people tore down the highway that ran above the middle of Seoul and restored Cheonggyecheon that once flowed beneath it. We watched history about it more and came home. It was a very fun day.
