It's okay to take a rest if it's hard. You may be out of energy because of the daily routine. It's okay not to be fine.
Recharge your energy, and prepare for take off. Don't be so blue. I know you can do it. Sometimes you can take rests.
Just let your mind do all the risk. Take some rest as long as you want to. Then you will start again. Don't think of what'll happen, it's going to be all okay. I believe in you. Let it carry on, like nothing really happened. Then you'll be fine, you'll regain your energy.
