     Dead Zone.....

     "It's getting dark, Chloe. Maybe we should stop and prepare for our next day," Leonard said.

     "Yes, we should," Jayden said and almost immediately regretted it.

     "Ah, so sweet! You actually AGREED him. Such a romantic sceen," Emily said in a playful tone. He glanced at Leonard's face and added, "No offence, Leonard."

     "It's fine," Lenoard said, not looking at Emily.

     "Well, we really DO need to stop, Emily," Chloe said, stopping her horse. "We are approaching the GOBLIN KINGDOM. It could be dangerous at night. There are many bandits near here. Before we get into the GOBLIN KINGDOM, we could be ambushed by them," she said and got off.

     "That's what I ment, EMILY. Stop mocking me, god!" Jayden said and snapped his fingers. Immediately, the horse he was riding dissapeared and he landed on the ground swiftly.

     Leonard also got off and unloaded his things from his horse. He picked up his dagger and his sword—which he let it slide down in scabbard—and said, "I should get some firewood."

     "Why don't we just use magic?" Emily asked curiously. "Like we did it in the whole time?"

     "GOBLINS are very sensitive in the sent of magic," Jayden said. "If we use that kind of magic, they can smell it. That horse was no big deal, but if we make fire, that's a big deal."

     "He's right," Leonard said, and then cleared his throat. "I should get going."

     After he left, Emily raised her eyebrows. "Wow, two agrees in one day? Fabulous, that's a record, Jay. You earn a prize. Maybe a stamp?" Emily laghed at him.

     "Ha ha, very funny—"

     "I know!" Emily cut in.

     "—Emily. Now get some rest. And we should get ready for our supper. We can't cfreat anything, today at lest," Jayden said and looked into his pack.

     "I can cook today, Jayden. May I call you Jayden, Prince of the SORCERERS?" Chloe asked.

     "Well, as a matter of fact, I was very awkward about calling you 'my queen' in the whole time while everybody else's calling you Chloe, CHLOE," Jayden said.

     "Alright, then, JAYDEN and CHLOE, please have a lovely night, because I'm going back to my tomb," the SKELLETON said, shaking his head.

     "You can cook?" ignoring the SKELLETON, Emily asked, surprised at the fact that a queen of the ELVES can actually COOK. Usucally, in the HUMAN Territory, royals don't know how to wear one's clothes by oneself or how to even feed oneself.

     "Of course I can COOK, Emily. When you live a few decades, there's nothing to do VUT cook. ELVES cook very well, and I do too. That's why those filthy HUMANS in the Earth made up a fictionate character, 'house ELF'. Every ELVES were outraged by the horrible scenary. Sham on them," Chloe said with a dramatic tone.

     "But... Hermione Granger stood up for them, didn't she?" Emiliy asked.

     "Yes, I guess she did, but—"

     "Unbelievable," Jayden rolled his eyes at the passionate debate about 'Harry Potter' and kept serching for some food. He took his sowrd out and digged some more. It clattered on the ground and made claning noises.

     "Yes, and finally Ron—what was that, did you hear it?" Emily suddenly stopped the conversation and narrowed her eyes.

     "Oh, that was just my sword. My bad. Sorry," Jayden apologized.

     "No, Jayden. I heard it, too. It's the GOBLINS," Chloe said quietly. "Now you two say something. Quick."

     "Er..." Emily mumbled.

     "LEt me tell you about how things work with GOBLINS," Jayden said fast. "Now, I've told you about creating things cannot be used, right?" he continued, and gestured to Emily to carry the subject on.

     "Oh. Yes, I was very curious about that. I wonder why. Really, why can't we do that? I mean, you did the horse-vanashing spell just before, right? Come on,—" Emily blabled on, giving a sideway glances to Jayden and Chloe.

     "I don't know how you've heard it, Emily. They'er very far away," Chloe whispered so quietly that Emily and Jayden didn't hear her very well.

     Emily continued babbling. "So I think this magic thing? It's just like Harry Potter from the Earth. For a HUMAN like me? This is just all too fantasy for me, you know. Getting to know you, and everything, too. That was very inappropriate, sorry. Um—"

     "They are not moving. Still, for the record don't have that good ear than ELVES, so we may be able to hear them, but they cannot hear us in any moment. They are a mile away from us," Chloe said.

     "—and I am sure that—can I stop now?" Emily asked, stopping her monodrama.

     "Yes," Jayden replied. Then he turned to Chloe. "Which direction?"

     "Southwest," Chloe whispered back. "They are talking about some kind of a... ransom."

     "They're trying to kidnap us? Oh, great."

     "Maybe," Chloe said, taking her sword out.

     "So that means they already know that we are here," Emily said. "I mean, you and Jayden, to be exact."

     "Yes, you're right. They couldn't be after some tourists for a RANSOM," Jayden thought for a moment. "Maybe I can use a light magic to find out how many are they?"

     "Worth a risk. As I said, they already know that we are here. They must know that we have a prince of the SORCERER KINGDOM, too," Chloe replied.

     "Alright. Here it goes," he said and close his eyes. He took a deep breath and opened them again. His red eyes sparkled under the setting sun. It started to glow and a flare—visible magical energy—emerged out of them. He stayed like that for few seconds, squinting for a better view. He finally sighed and closed his eyes.

     "How many?" Chloe asked.

     "At least, thirty of them. And..."

     "What?" Emily asked anxiously.

     "They're going to take me and Chloe for ransom, but they are going to kill you, Emily," Jayden said hopelessly.
