 Team Wattenbarger finally showed awesome teamwork and won the game. What do you think about teamwork? Is it always important? When is it not important? Write as much as you can.

Answer

 Well, I think teamwork is a way to win the game. Sometimes the team lose even the team have a great players. We can't search at Pro league because they have a director and coach. When the player heard to director what to do and the player did what to do for director, it calls 'followership'. Followership can be a teamwork but teamwork is just help it each others during the game. There is a proverb says "Sometimes it is difficult to get something very common for emergency use.". Sometimes we can get help from bad players. Think of the school ordinary P.E class. We didn't have coach or director. But when we show some respects each others and polite each others, we can win more oftenly. I think teamwork is always important except when we need to do something ownselves.
