  • ※Warning: This story is a made up story. So, not all of the parts are true. But the characters and the sets are baced on real live kids. 4th grade story's story is mostly made up, but 5th grade's story is absolutly true. I give this warnings especially to Yerui and Jamong. This have some romance, but that part is perfectly made up!!!

The next day, I tried to make up with Emma. I walked over to her. "Um... Emma? Can I talk to you for a minute?" Emma looked up from talking to her 'new' friend. "Oh, okay..." Emma stood up and followed me outside the classroom. "Emma, I'm so sorry!" I blurted out as I closed the classroom door. Emma looked a little surprised. "I'm sorry too." she quickly replied. "Um....do you have some time after school?" When I was going to say 'YES!!!', a hand suddenly poped out behind me.

"Amy! There you are! I ran all around the whole school to find you! Where were..." Olivia stoped when she saw Emma. "Why are you talking to her? You said that you were done with this stupid girl until you die!" I was stunned. I never said anything like that. Emma looked stunned too. She gave a hurt look at me and stormed into the classroom.

As soon as Emma disappeared into the classroom, I turned around to face Olivia. "Why did you say something like that?! I like Emma! And, I had never said anything like that!!!" Olivia took a step back. "What? I thought that you didn't like her." "NO!!! She is my best friend in the world!!!" Now, Olivia looked furious. "Why do you shout at me? And yesterday, you said that I am your best friend in the world!!!"

After the fight with Emma and Olivia, I felt restless. I really wanted Emma to forgive me! But my new friend, Olivia had ruined it. "Why does friendship have to be so complicated?" I murmered as a set on my bed. The cold winter breeze made my head clear. "Amy? Are you in there?" Mother knocked on the door. "Come in..." I walked over and opened the door for my mother.

When she entered, she shivered. "It's freezing in here! How could you stand it? And, are you opening the window when it is winter? You are my daughter, but some times, I can't understand you at all!!!" "Okay okay. I'll close the window. But, please give me some time to think." I said as I closed the window.

"What's wrong sweety?" Mother had noticed the glum look in my face. "It's... nothing." "If you have a serious problem, you have to tell your mother." "It's nothing important. Just some friend problem." "Oh, that reminds me. I promised Dasily-she is Emma's mother-to meet at a cafe." I groaned. The last person I wanted to meet now was Emma.

As I expected, mother said to get dressed to go out. Mother has a stricked rule of not leaving her child left alone in the house. I had begged my mother that I'll be okay, but she never believes me. I had no choice. I put on my coat and started to walk down the dreaded sidewalk. Mother hummed a lively tone as she walked right beside me.

The cafe was warm and relaxing. I even had to stop my eyes from closing! It was like society class. Once, I had even fallen asleep during classtime! Luckly, the teacher didn't spot me. As I was drifting into my thoughts when I was in 3rd grade, mother suddenly shouted. "Dasily! Over here!" It was Emma and her mother. Mother had told me that Emma's mother and she had been best friends since the day they were born. They were born in the same hospital, and that made their friendship tighter.

I thought that if grandma and Emma's grandmother were both best friends too, it would be very fun. But as I guessed, that didn't happen. Emma's grandma and my grandma was very bad to eachother when they met. Emma's grandma thought that my grandma was a show off and my grandma thought that Emma's grandma was an old little thing. They still fight even now when they meet. As mother chatted with Emma's mother, both me and Emma stayed silent. I wasn't going to forgive Emma for not believing me, and Emma wasn't going to forgive me for saying bad things about her.

Mother and Emma's mother didn't noticed the silence between us, but even it they did, they didn't mention it.

After the meeting, mother asked me about Emma. "You two are so quiet today, did you fight with Emma?" "No, I'm too tired to talk today..." I slumped on the sofa. I did fight with her, but I couldn't tell mother. If I do, she will be mad and force me to apologize to Emma. But, I think real friends should believe their friend, not suspect them if or if not they said bad things.

That night, I had a nightmare. It was about Emma saying that I am not her friend anymore and Olivia acting like I said bad things about Emma, but she believes I have a reason for that. Unlucky for me, some times, my dreams do come true in real life.

I went to school early the next morning. I couldn't sleep because of my nightmare and the worry that I'll never make up with Emma. I read a book while most of the kids chatted about their day. Emma came in, but she only talked to Grace, who is Emma's new friend. Olivia came in too, with a loud "Hello! Did any of you miss me?!". I sighed.

Then, a boy tapped on my arm. "Hello! My name is Dain." I looked at him. He was very short compared to the other boys, but his face glinted with happiness. "Um... hello?" I said. I have heard the name 'Dain' somewhere, but I can't remember where it is. "Can I sit next to you?" he asked. I looked confusingly at him. He wanted to sit next to a girl? That sounded odd. "Ye..yes." I said.

Just then, I noticed Olivia coming toward me. "Hey! What are you doing in my seat!" I first thought that she said that to Dain, but she now said it again, looking directly at me! "Wha...what? This is my seat." I calmly said. Dain looked puzzled as I am. "Yes, I saw Amy sitting in that sit yesterday." "Yesterday was her sit, but today is my seat!!!" Olivia bellowed at me. Then, she turned her head and smiled at Dain. "You don't need to move, Amy is going to move. Right Amy?" At the word 'Right Amy', her tone instantly changed into a shout.

Dain tried to stand up, but I stood up first. "Alright. I'll move." I stood up and walked toward some far away seat from that seat. But I couldn't stop my tears from flowing when I saw Olivia smarking at me and Emma laughing out of her seat.
