One girl's story 2-8
"Mom! I need to talk to you!" Vronica called. There was the sound of pounding and mother burst open the door. "What's wrong honey?" Mother sounded worried. "I...um..just...to ask you if I can visit Violet!" Vronica blurted out. Mother looked startled. "Are you sure? You and Violet...had some mishaps." Vronica nodded. Inside, she thought, 'Oh why oh why I say I'd visit Violet! I can at least say I'd visit Chloe or Rina!" "Okay. But be back until 4, okay?" Vronica slowly nodded as she went down the stairs.

"Oh please Violet! Just let me in and I'll explain everything." Violet shook her head again. "I won't let you in my house. Bye." With a curt nod, Violet closed the door. Vronica slumped down. "What should I do!" Vronica wailed miserably. Vronica cried for a minute and then wiped her eyes with her hand. "Crying won't help. Until Violet opens her heart, I'll have to keep my secret safe... And I'll have to get a proof if I'm going to report the kids of school violence, and that means... I have to hit kids until I get some proof ready." Vronica stood up right, and headed for her house again, not noticing a figure stepping out of the shadows...
