"Yeah, I already miss our old school." Jannet agreed with a nodd.
"This kids are actually creepy, how can they stand this?!"
"I don't know. Maybe they're from outer space, called Damnitopia."
Amy laughed. "Anyway, I also miss my old school, I mean, our old school."
Amy and Jannet had moved to Olives Gint Middle School, and they both agreed that their school's name was worth a smelly-old-feet.
"I really wish you could come to camp. How am I going to stand this kids all by myself?" Jannet said sadly. "How I am going to miss you! Can't you just come to camp? Please?"
"You know that I can't, Jannet." Amy said. "Everything is settled and I can't back out now!"
"But please, Amy?"
"Oh, Jannet dear, you can't force me to! I already negotiated with my mom to stay home and do many exciting things instead of going to camp!"
"Camp will be really fun," Jannet said, crossing her arms. "And due to your not-willing-to-go manners, I won't tell you a single thing about camp. Even if you plead me and beg be to tell you, I won't!"
"Oh Jannet. You know more better yourself that I can't do anything about this situation!"
"Then I bet my boogers that you'll cry at night because you miss me!"
Amy laughed. She loved Jannet's strange sence of humor, and that always made her laugh.
"Yuck!" Amy said, still laughing. "Gross!"
"Hmph!" Jannet snorted, and then her face softened. "I'm really going to miss me. Please, please think once more about going to camp!"
"I'd love to go, but..." Amy's words trailed off as her eyes fixed to the door of the cafeteria. Jannet could hear the other girls squeeling in excitment.
Jannet followed Amy's eyes and then gasped. "Oh my gush, Amy! Is that Christopher Dinal? The boy from our science class? Whom is really, really famous?"
Amy still stared. She'd seen that face somewhere. But not from science class. Where'd she seen him...... she couldn't remember. When Amy finally looked up, she saw Jannet staring at Christopher and her eyes where like turning into hearts.
"Oh, do you have a crush on him?" Amy asked.
Jannet jumped. "Of course! Who doesn't, oh, right. I suppose you don't, right?"
"Of course! I don't understand why girls' are so easily fooled by a handsome face. You should look at people's hearts, not their faces!"
Jannet sighed heavily, not heraing Amy's criticism at her. "Oh, he's so handsome. His golden hair, his deep blue eyes...ha...." Amy rolled her eyes. "Yes, his handsome. But so WHAT? What does it matter if his handsome. You know Jannet, there's more criminal with a handsome face than a criminal with a bad face!"
"Oh, his shining teeth, his straight nose, his elegant ears! Everything....oh, it's wonderful!"
"He's handsome, he's good-looking, but that doesn't relate to his personality! Who knows that if he's insane? Who knows if he's cruel?! Who knows if-"
"What?" A voice said. Amy looked up, staring at somebody's deep blue eyes. Jannet's eyes grew wilder as she stared at the person standing infront of her.
"Christopher Dinal!"
"Oh, hi," Christopher smiled at Jannet and then turned to Amy. "I aksed, what?"
"What?"
"Who was you talking about?"
"Wait a minute, why do you want to know? It's not your business!"
"It might be," Christopher said cooly. "depending on your answer, Miss," Christopher smiled at the girls in the cafeteria and the girls squeeled.
Amy got up, and stared at Christopher. She just wanted to slap this nerdy face, but she resisted it and then spoke in a calm voice, "Well, I was talking about you,"
"Oh yeah?"
"I was talking to Jannet actually. I said having a crush on-"
"Wait! Stop!" Jannet shuddenly stood up and covered Amy's mouth. "Oh, Amy just meant that er, she has a crush on you, well, she likes you actually. That's the main reason we moved to here!"
Dispite Amy's angry face, Jannet smiled awkwardly. "So, well, er, um,"
"Oh, I understand. I won't blame you for having a crush on me. And I suppose you have in the first place. Bye!" Christopher said as he winked.
"I hate that boy," Amy muttered under her breathe as Christopher walked by.
"Oh, I'm not sure." Christopher whispered.
Amy jumped and then looked around, but Christopher was far ahead, waving to the crowd.
I can't trust that Christopher guy, Amy thought as she stared suspiciously at the faraway figure. Then she remembered how Jannet had abandoned her, which made her nerves rise.
"Jannet!" Amy cried at her friend. "How could you-"
"I'm really, really sorry! But it was your fault too, you shouldn't have said something about that!"
"That what?"
"That, I have a crush on Chris!"
"Jannet!"
"Christopher, but Chris is actually more good than Christopher!"
"Shake it off, girl friend! It's definate that your Chris doesn't have a slightest interest in you. Your being tricked!"
Jannet gave a deep sigh, and then turned back to her lunch.
"Chris..."
Amy could hear her friend murmuring. Amy sighed. Christopher didn't seem normal and worse, her friend was now having a crush on that Christopher. Who knows how this will end, Amy thought, I just wish Jannet will let go her crush. I'm worried that Christopher might break Jannet's heart, and if he does, he won't get out of it so easily this time.
