    Dear Sallie McBride,
Oh, Sallie, I wish you were here with me. I'm write now writing in the bride's room, which is obiously the most wonderful room l've ever saw. I know that you wanted me to marry Jimmy, Sallie. But how could I? He have never purposed to me or did anything else! Also, I know now that I love Jervie. Oh, that doesn't mean that I don't love Jimmy, but it's a different kind of love. I love Jimmy as a friend.
Please, please don't be mad at me... If your mad at me too, I'll have to face TWO angry friends. Julia's been awfully mad at me, though I'm not sure. When Jervie said he was marrying me, all letters kind of flew at him at once:
"If you do marry that orphan girl, you shouldn't expect any money from me!"
"Oh, how could you Jervis! I have spent all my money to aducate you, raise you, and did everything else! But how could you abandon my wish and marry an orphan girl!"
"Uncle Jervis! You can't, you can't marry Judy! I know Judy is good, but she isn't royalty or anything! Oh! What would Sallie say! She wanted Judy to marry Jimmy, not uncle Jervis!"-which suspected that was from Julia.
And everytime Jervie got that letter, he was like:
"It's my life, and I love Judy. You can't do about it."
I was realived that Jervie didn't change his mind because of that threats his family did to him. But I worry that Jervie might be in trouble just because of me!
Oh, this thing is depressing me, so let's talk about a different topic.
Mrs. Semple-she's the person who I met whenever I went to Lock Willow Farm-has been getting me ready for this few hours!
"Anything could happen Judy, so you must be ready!"
And I was like, "Then what could happen? I wish something would happen because waiting is so boring! And it's almost past 2 o'clock and the wedding is that 8 o'clock!"
And I was true indeed; I had 6 whole hours to wait, and Jervie and I had been waiting a lot since we had something-like doing something with Jervie's family-to do, and I couldn't wait any longer to be Judy Pendleton!
    Affectionately,
    Judy

    Dear Sallie McBride,
Sallie, you should come and see our house! Jervie has bought a house for his family refused to give him one. Our house is really wonderful, with a river flowing by our house, and all I could see out from the window is wonderful green of grass! It's so lovely here, that I don't ever want to leave.
After my wedding, Jervie drew his hand over my eyes the whole way we're going to our house. When he opened his hands, it was so nice and wonderful! The house was very magnificent that my eyes grew wider and wider, until I couldn't winden it more.
The only bad thing about this house is that I have to travel almost 3 kms to reach a nearby village, and get somethings for living, though Jervie already brought some major things; like a bed! You don't expect me to sleep on the floor, instead of on the bed, do you? But I was a little disappointed when Jervie told me that he could only come home in weekends. This means two things:
First, I'll be perfectly free and can do what ever I want to do. I could just run around to hills the whole day, or take a nap, or write my new novel.
Nevertheless, I'll be completely alone in the lonely house, and I think I'll sometimes be longing for company. So I wish you could visit me once, or only for a little while! It's so lonely, and sometimes scary on stormy nights. Once, I even sent a note to Jervie, saying,
Oh, Jervie, It's lonely here, that I'm alone. Can you please return soon?
But Jervie sent Mrs. Semple to keep me company. She did make me feel better, but not so much.

I'm so happy that you've decided to come! I'm counting the days for you to come, and time goes so slowly! Yesterday eveing, Julia came to visit me. I've never thought of being happy to meet Julia! But as soon as Julia knocked on the door, I opened to door and with my heart, I said,         "Julia! I'm so happy that you've decided to visit me! I've been missing you!"
"Oh, um, I'm happy to meet you again." Julia said, in a slightly awkward voice. I suspect it was because she and I haven't spoken much, and Julia wasn't always to style that was close with me anyway, don't you agree?
But I welcomed her in anyway, and we had some cups of tea. Then Julia spoke up,
        "Judy, is uncle Jervis here?"
        "No, why?"
"Oh, I had somethings to tell him."
"About what?" I was really curious. What was Julia going to tell Jervie?
"Um, I've wrote it in this note, and please give it to uncle Jervis when he returns. And please don't see it."
Then Julia left without anyword. I was stunned. She'd just come to give Jervie this note? That was the reason she traveled miles to get here? But she could've just sent it by a postman...!
My curiosity reached it's top and dispite what Julia said, I opened it. I couldn't believe my eyes. The note said:
Uncle Jervis, please think again about marrying Judy. She is a good girl, but she isn't rich! And Judy also doesn't have a job. Mother and father says you're very irresponsible to marry a girl who is 15 years younger than you. And I also think that too. Judy is my friend, and how could you just turn my friend into a well, my aunt? Mother and father's been preparing another woman you could marry, and you could devorce with Judy and marry her! She's a good woman, and I think she'll be better as your wife than Judy.
I was like Julia hit her bag at my back head. How could she say something like this? I love Jervie, and he loves me. Why should we have to suffer this whole thing, just because I'm an orphan and I'm poor? Oh, I don't want to talk about it. I truely wish you could visit me soon. I really miss you, and you'll be a good help in this time.
    Sincerely,
    Judy Pendleton

    Dear Sallie MacBride,
How are you doing from your flu? I was really disappointed when a letter arrived and said that you can't visit me because you've caught a serious flu! I wish you could be better soon. Catching a bad flu is bad luck indeed! Like you said in your letter.
Things haven't been very successful these days. I've also caught a meek cold on Monday, and I'm now recovering. Jervie will be back home tomorrow. I now know how Mrs. Semple felt when Jervie said he'll come to Lock Willow Farm. I've been cleaning this house top to bottom since Jervie is coming home tomorrow.
The only other bad thing about catching that meek cold is that I just sneeze whenever I dust some place. The dust bothers my nose really hard. I've used a whole pack of tissues, and still my nose doesn't stop. I've sneezed 15 times since I started writing this letter. (Sniff) Oh well, I guess I'll stop writing now. It's really horrible whenever I sneeze! I really tickles and makes me sneeze again, and again!
    Bless you,
    Judy
