Dence fog danced as winds blew through the dark forest of Mount Mystery. Mystifying sounds arose deep inside the forest as fearsome creatures responded to the sound by their frightening howls. Their howls drifted to an ancient fortress built on a craggy, windswept ridge on the western slope of Mount Mystery.
A man with flamming red hair stood on the high window, staring down at his creatures and smiling mysteriously. He puckered his lips and made a hair-rising sound. A troll hurried toward him, almost tripping on his hurry.
"Bring me the princess," The man said as he rubbed his hands. "NOW!"
The horror-stricken troll hurried out the room. The man again stared down at his creatures as he mumbled, "Nobody will ever underestimate me now, when I stood over them and be their king...!"
"You, yeah. Come here." Skul said as he pointed his skinny finger at Blake. All the kids parted as Blake hesitantly obeyed Skul's order.
"What-what do you want..." Blake mumbled as he looked at the ground, not daring to look at Skul.
Skul rubbed his hands and shot two green lazers at Blake. Blake gasped as the lazers hit him in his chest and his head. He fall to his knees, breathing harding.
Skul smirked as he looked over Blake with manacing eyes.
"That's for sitting next to Cis and touching her hand with your dirty hands, void." Skul said as he kicked Blake's head with his foot and his friends stomped on Blake's fallen sack.
"What's this?" Skul said as he picked up a notebook with the name 'Theresa' on top, that fall from Blake's backpack. "What's this, void? Oh. So you don't know? Then I'll just rip this thing in two!"
As Skul's hand reached to touch the notebook, Blake suddenly jumped up and snatched the notebook from the floor as Skul jumped in surprise as he shouted, "Yikes!"
All the kids who were in the corridor roared with laughter as Skul's face went red.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING VOID?!" Skul boomed as Blake took a step back. "Give me that notebook to me, NOW!"
"No! I won't let you touch this notebook with your dirty hands!" Blake shouted back with shvering legs.
Skul glared at Blake and was about to slap his face when a voice ranged from the corridor's entrance. "What are you kids doing?"
Instantly, all the kids ran away as only Blake and Cis remained in the corridor.
"Are you okay?" Cis asked worriedly as she helped Blake clean his stuff.
"Yes." Blake said as he turned his head. "I think it's better for you to sit with Skul than me."
"Don't worry about Skul. I'll talk to him and-"
"He will hit you and treat you badly!" Blake shouted as he looked at Cis. "It's better if you just keep quiet. I can handle things. I'm already used to being hit because my brothers and sisters aren't really kind to me..." Blake's words trailed off as he looked at the ground.
"Oh. Blake!" Cis suddenly burst into crying. "I'm so sorry!"
Blake patted Cis on the back and smiled at her. "It's okay."
After school, Blake hurried to his house, avoiding Skul as possible. When he opened the door, the house was filled with fanciful decorations and mini-fireworks.
"I'm home." Blake quietly murmured as he ran upstairs to his room. On his way, he saw mother and his brother inviting people to come to his brother's party.
Suddenly, Blake's head throbbed. He fall to his knees as his head bursted with pain. He held his head with his hands. As a vision of a man came in.
The man was in what looked like a stone room. middle of it was a young girl about his age or older. 'He has red hair like Skul," Blake thought as the man walked over to the girl. The man said something, but it didn't came in until one part. Blake gasped as the man said, "And this is the end of Magica!"
