"Sis! What do you think you're doing?" Lucia Kintergard called. "Are you trying please the god of the death by adding other dead-at-a-young-age child to his list of dead people?"

  Kaya Kintergard rolled her eyes. "Don't be stupid. You know what I'm doing."

  "Do I?" Lucia said in a sly voice. "Or don't I?"

  "Just shut up and don't move." Kaya said, tittering on a low brick. 

  "Why? I can do as I please. Even calling daddy and mommy." Lucia cocked her head and stared at Kaya. "But I'll consider it once again if you hand over your amulet."

  "Never." Kaya said in a low tone, glaring at Lucia. "Be gone if you don't want me to tell your true identity to momma and papa."

  Lucia smirked. "Do as you dare. Tell mommy and daddy that I'm not actually their daughter, princess fair Lucia the first, but instead, a copy-goblin who stole their daughter away from them, and is pretending to be her. Then, let's see what they say."

  Kaya glared at Lucia once more before jumping off the tower wall. "It's all your fault in the first place that I was locked up in that stupid tower. You happened to use your magic when I was using a slang, and accidentally on purpose, let momma and papa hear me using a slang. They are sensitive about those stuff nowadays because the people are refusing to let papa in as king. Mamma and papa are worried that if the citizens hear me, princess Kaya, using a slang, it'll only be another reason that papa and I aren't proper as royalty, and should be gone."

  "That was just a coincidence. And I warned you sis, to not use slangs in the castle. You used it, disobeying my warning. And it's for your own bad deeds that you were grounded for two weeks, just in time for the coming parade." Lucia said with a sneer.

  "Shut up." Kaya retorted. 

  "Kaya Sophia Kintergard! What did you say? And why are you here?!" A sharp voice rang out from behind Kaya.

  Kaya gulped as she turned around, face-to-face with her stepmother, Queen Darcia Merygold Kintergard the eighth. 

  "Um...I...I was just...speaking with...the tree!" Kaya stammered. 

  "What did I hear you saying? And I thought you were grounded?" Queen Darcia said sharply. 

  "I...I was just...saying, 'Shut your fancy butt up", I mean, "Shut the tree branches" to Lucia. She...she asked me how to garden... trees!" Kaya babbled on. 

  Queen Darcia glared at Kaya suspiciously as Kaya nervously shifted her body to the left.

  "Well then." Queen Darcia finally said. "If you're done with your pep-talk, go back up the tower."

  Kaya nervously nodded. Queen Darcia sashayed away.

  "I hate that woman, even if she's my stepmother," Kaya muttered as she started her dreary walk to the tower. "And I hate you too, copy-goblin. I'll figure out your real name and identity one day, so beware."

  Lucia shrugged innocently as Kaya grumbled on, walking up the stairs to her prison.
