When I was a 5th grader, I was in the Wee class.
In that class, we studied how to counseling some same age kids.
In that process, we learned how to make people feel comfortable to tell their problem.
Step 1. Choose the place nobody can't hear or disturb. And make the place quiet and comfortable.
Step 2. Make a comfortable mood. And make him or her feel comfortable with you.
Step 3. When he or she talks, listen carefully and nod or smile sometimes.
This was what a learn.
But sometimes some people are too shy to tell me about their problem, and I helped them a lot.
