Lauren stood before her bedroom window. She had tears in her eyes. It was just about to fall. 'I hate my life!' she thought. It had all started like this... Lauren was doing her homework. Her straight brown hair was covering her face.  She had been doing it all afternoon. She was about to finish it when, SPLASH! A sound came from Lauren's back. A second later, she found herself; and the homework, wet. She turned back. Her twin sister stood there, looking guilty. Lauren glared at her. She thought that her sister, Emma was running up to their room, holding a glass of water. "Emma! Can't we live without any trouble! It's not your room, it's our room. How can you..." said Lauren. She stared at her homework. It was okay because it was just water. "Come on, lets go out and play~" said Emma, not even saying sorry. "EMMA! PLEASE!" shouted Lauren. Emma dropped her glass of water in fright. The cup shattered in pieces. "Girls, what is going on?" asked their mom, coming up the staircase. She had curly brown hair, which was very messy.  "It's Emma! She spilled water on me and my homework. And she didn't even say sorry." said Lauren in a angry but firm voice. "But mom, I was saying to go out and play to shake this off." said Emma in a proud voice. That made Lauren much more angrier. "Lauren, your sister did her way of saying sorry. Now say sorry to your sister!" Mom said in a firm voice. "Oh! Did you do this! How can you break the cup! Oh my lords!" said mom. "Emma did it. The idiot Emma did it. Okay? SO get out of my room!" said Lauren, her face getting red. "I'm not a idiot!" said Emma. "How can you call your sister a idiot? Say sorry!" said mom. Lauren stuck out her tounge. "I said SAY SORRY!" called her mom. "THIS IS MY WAY OF SAYING SORRY! CAN'T YOU TWO JUST LEAVE ME ALONE?" shouted Lauren, half crying. Than she slammed her room, and locked it. "Mom! Lauren locked the door and I can't go inside." said Emma. Lauren ignored her sister tattletale to her mom, but nothing mattered. It was her own life. She didn't wish for a twin sister! When the two of them where getting born, Lauren came out first. Therefore, her mom always took care of Emma more than her. She always didn't like it. 'Maybe I just came from different families.' thought Lauren. But that will never happen. The two of them are mysteriously alike. So she wasn't in a different family. Click, click. Lauren heard Emma trying to come in. She found some clay in a drawer. She placed it over the lock. But click! The door opened. "Hello sis! What's up?" said Emma. She went to the other side of the room. She made a line with her shoelace. "If any of your things come over this line, it's mine. Also, don't cross this line. I will only cross it when I need to go out of the room. Deal?" Lauren said. "Deal!" said Emma in a little sad voice. Lauren didn't care. She climbed up the stair, which led to her bed. She got her favorite book, Percy Jackson. Then she went down again. She spotted her mom by the way. "Sorry mom, I was too..." before Lauren could say more, her mom said, "I'm so sorry about today. Please forgive me sweetheart." Than she kissed Lauren on her forehead. Lauren smiled. She walked up to the kitchen to get some juice. Then, she found out that there was no juice except Emma's. She opened the fridge. In the fridge, there was a juice with a note on it. It said, 

Dear Lauren, 

I'm so sorry for what I've done today.  You can have this juice since I found out that you are out of juice. Please forgive me.  This is a real sorry because I'm writing in my favorite blue pen. Maybe I went on a bit too high. When you see me, pretend that you don't know anything about this. You will probably drink this while you read Percy Jackson. I know it because I'm your sister.  Can we get back to normal us?

Regretting, Emma.

She forgave her sister, alright. As she went into her room, she lifted the shoelace off from the ground.
