 The girls and Luke rushed inside the twin`s house. Grandfather was startled at the racket. "What`s up, kids?" He asked, looking rather surprised. Katie dashed up the stairs to find the food. Laura and Joy called the police. "We need to tell you that some men are taunting and kicking some black cats, in front of the ghost house." Laura said. "We`ll meet you in front of the ghost house." Joy said. Luke told grandpa the situation. "Will you come with us?" He asked. "Just in case." Grandpa nodded. "I`m washing the dishes since Mom`s burn-up browines. Wait a moment, let me go with you." He put on his coat and everybody ran outside. Joy and Katie took thier bikes. "I`ll go and meet the police." Katie said. "Joy, you lead everyone to the situation, since bikes are faster that people." Joy nodded. Katie sped through the road where it was plowed earlier. But the snow was fast, and they needed to hurry. Dad was plowing the snow outside the road. He looked startled when he noticed the busybody children. "Whoa, where are you going, kids?" He asked. Katie just sped up and up. "Joy will tell you." Then she went off. Dad halted Joy and everybody else. "What on earth is happening?" He asked. "Well, some bad guys, are bullying cats. It`s totally against the law, and we`re on our way to meet the police. Excuse me, the police is waiting for us." Then Joy sped off with everybody else. Then, she stopped. "Oh, no! We dropped the cat food!" She squealed. "I`ll go fetch it." Laura said. The others sped up. Finally, Joy could here sirens in the distance. "Hurry!" She said. "I hear the sirens."
