Do you think you need to sleep when you are tired sometimes?
Hello! Today, I got a topic 'Do you think you need to sleep when you are tired sometimes?'. Do you guys think you need to sleep more or get up as usual? I think we have to get up as usual in the morning even if we are tired and sleepy. Lately, I feel tired a lot even IF! I sleep at 9:00 or 9:30. And when I told my dad my situation, my dad told me that 'Maybe you are sleepy lately because your body is trying to grow. So you have to sleep more when you feel exhausted.' But, I don't think so... My dad is slightly forcing me to sleep early and get up late. And I'm like, "This is not a regular get up routine!! I must sleep early and get up early too!"
I pondered about my sleeping problem and now I got a solution. Though it didn't took much time to think about it. If the problem is that you can't get up, then you just have to go to bed more early! Well... maybe some kids or highschoolers, middleschoolers will have least time go to bed early because of their academies, homework and various preparations. But still!! At least we will not feel tired if we have time to go to bed the night before. However, I know that it's not as easy as it looks.
Yesterday, I tried to sleep at 8:30, but eventually, I went to bed at 9:30 TT Usually I get up at 5:00~5:30. But I got up at 6 'o clock!:( Again, I felt the importance of sleeping once more yesterday.. Plus, for me, I can easily focus on studying in the morning-like, 5 or 6 'o clock-than the night or lunch time. I'm still tired right now, but just a little bit. I think I seriously have to ponder about sleeping at 8 'o clock..
