Dear everyone (About letters)
Before starting, this writing is including my personal thoughts. (Actually, I call them "Facts")
I have absolutely no idea what's going on here. Why does here changed so far? Community writings are piling up when good quality writings are disappearing. Is this really right?
Little Fox English Writing board is made for "Education", not for "Communication". Of course some of you can say "Writing a letter is a part of Education too!" But are you really writing letters because you want to improve your English skills?
Let's pretend we're in class. The teacher says you are allowed to talk in class time because he wants you to adapt in class. Does it means "You talk, I teach"? It's doesn't! It means, "I want you to be an adaptation in class, so don't feel the pressure."
The reason that Little Fox made this board is because Little Fox wants you to improve your English writing skills. It's not because they want you to communicate and make more friends. I'm not saying "Writing letter" is bad. Writing a letter can help improving English skills, too. But the point is "Why do you write a letter", not "Writing a letter is bad." If you write letters because you want to improve your English skills, I'll gladly suggest you writing novels. As an experienced person, writing novels are really helpful thing to improve English skill. Try writing as well as you can. It will help to upgrade your writing skills, English grammar and words, and extend your imagination, too. But, if you write letters because you want to communicate, go to other site. Little Fox is a place that helps you learning English, not making online friends.
I know this writing is getting longer, but I guess I have to mention "Forcing replies" too. I'm sorry for taking too much of your time.
Without further ado, I want to say, replying letter is other's choice. It should not be forced.
When I first saw a writing saying "I'm angry with you because you didn't reply my letter! You should apologize to me!", I was like, "What the hell is this". Yes, you can be mad if you wrote that letter very hardly. But listen, it doesn't feel like writing a letter when you receive short letter. Writing a short letter (Such as, "Hey! I wake up! What is your favorite color? I gotta go! Bye!") doesn't really helps improving English skills.
What I want to say is, if you write a long and containing letter, the person who receives the letter will answer. If he or she didn't reply, it just means "The content of your letter was too short to answer or he/she was busy / Don't feel like writing a letter today". If you want to get answer back, just try to write long and good letter next time or wait.
Forcing replies are really stupid. And also, you don't have your duty to reply. If you don't want to reply, just don't.
Before finishing, please write novels and other writings more than letters. There are too many letters in Little Fox now. And, if you write letter, please keep manners. I want Little Fox English Writing to be a Education place again.
