There are mainly 4 type of famous milk. Dairy milk, Almond milk, Soy milk and Oat milk. We can divided these mike in to 2 type. Cow's milk and Plant-based milk.
Dairy milk is also called cow's milk. It is possibly best for people who are lactose-intolerant. It naturally has vitamin D and calcium.
Almond, soy and oat milks are also known as plant-based milks. They are good choices for people who cannot have a wide and varied diet. Soy milk is rich in potassium, and it cantains very small amounts of isoflavones. Potassium helps your muscles work, including the muscles that control your heartbeat and breathing. And isoflavones has a positive effect on cancer. Oat milk has a lot of healthy fiber, thin and strong structures that connect your body. Almond and oar milks have less protein than dairy milk.
Some of you guys will know that milks can destroy our earth. Let's see what i mean. A glass of dairy milk is produced using almost 4 square kilo meters of land. Because we need big land to raise the cow. Also, dairy milk use a lot of water. A just one glass of dairy milk uses around 120 liters of water! There is another reason why i think dairy milk is bad for the Earth. Because more than 0.5 kilo gram of emissions is produced by a glass of dairy milk. Some of you guys might think that 0.5 is small amount. But in a plant-based milks such as Almond, soy, oat, they produced about 0.1 to 0.2 kilo gram of emission. That is far small amount. So plant-based milks, especially oat of soy milk are the better for the planet's health than dairy milk!
