Last essay ('Debating Maybe a book report?)
Today at school we had a debate about a story book called 'Mr. Sgang's goat'.
(It's a printed in Korean so I don't know the exact name) It was a picture book, but it was still fun.
This book was wrote by, the famous author Alphonse Daudet. He wrote the novel 'Star'. But I don't
know the details.
Anyone who's reading my essay might be thinking that I'm enjoying a picture book. But it was really
fun even it's a picture book or not. But still, I enjoy thicker book like 'MoMo'. Anyway, the topic of the
debate was "If you are a goat would you leave home and choose freedom for one day and die,
or would you lock in a barn everyday?". The sides split here.
Anyway I was the freedom's team.
I debated with my friends so a few(two) friends joined my side. I guess I had some convincing.
But I think I'll have to write a quick contents about this.
Contents about the 'Mr. Sgang's goat' book
One day, Mr. Sgang bring a new goat to his home. His six goats was died in the same way but he dought
the goat again. One day, the goat pleaded to Mr. Sgang. The goat said, "Please can I go to the mountain?"
But Mr. Sgang objected. And he lock the poor young little goat in the barn. Because all his goats died in
the mountain because of the woof. But that goat disobayed his master and went to the mountain.
(How? Mr. Sgang forgot to close the window so he leaped out of the barn. He played until night and meet
the woof. The woof and the goat had a fight, but at last the goat died. It was vain but touching story.
That goat chose freedom.
My opinions about why I chosen the freedom
Because I found out that both ways are dying. Because, if you lock in the barn, you'll get a despression and
die. (Maybe not. I want a freedom, but not disobeying my master or my parents)
And the other freedom is when you see a woof, you've done with you lives. I need to choose freedom.
But there other reasons that I want to write. First, feeling free is more valuable than living in captivity,
you fight with your master and you don't feel free. On the other hand, you can feel a little bit of
freedom out in the mountains. And don't forget. walking with your master is not a freedom.
(Now essay) To start the writing
I wrote the debate about 'If you are a goat, would you leave home and choose freedom for one day and
die, or would you lock in the barn everyday?' I write here because I want to add something. I will write
again why I chose freedom. (Maybe I'll write you to be the freedom's team like me) But I'll write again the
contents about 'Mr.Sgang's goat.

But AT LAST, the goat died... It was vain but touching story.
Why I chose freedom once again
I chose the 'FREEDOM'. Why? I'll give you an example. Think about north Korean defector. North Korean
defectors escape the North Korea with this mind. "I WANT to live in south Korea even if I have to live for
one(1) day" Because their lives are so hard. The goat thought about the same thing. Even the goat had
to die, but the goat thought it was more valuable than 'lock in the barn'.
And when you keep lock in the barn, you will blame your master or your parents. I think it's more valuable
than lock in the barn, or blame your master or your parents. Now can you get IT?
