That day after school,Robert met Nick in the hallway,by the locker.
"Guess the progress is getting better. But as I said before,Nick Patterson,Linda won't be here if she knows that we're all boys. You know how these school kids do."
"That needs to be settled easily. I told you that girls who don't like Melanie will soon come at our side,since Linda is here. It'll work out,I tell you."
Robert knew Nick was right about that. "But Linda will realize it soon enough. We need to find them,fast."
And Robert was right,but no one knew that the opportunity for that would come sooner than they thought.
About 3 days later,there was another student moving in this class. Her name was Veronica Dickson. Surprisingly,Linda knew her. "Veronica?"
"Good to see you,Linda. I thought you'd gone to the gifted education."
"I came here though. That place didn't suit me,so I moved here. What brings you here?"
"I needed to find a place that was near my house,since our family moved near here,and I can't go far."
Opon hearing it,Robert didn't understand that word,until Veronica came to view. Then,Robert realized it. 'She can't walk!'
Indeed,Veronica was not a normal student,but a student with a wheelchair.
The teacher seemed to notice that as well. "Well,our new student has some special features. I don't want anyone to try something nasty at all,since we all need to see her as equal student,like any of you."
"Yeah,we know that." Melanie muttered,and Robert heard it.

Melanie's action was kind of natural,considering her. As a class president,she worked as a leader of the class,to bring attention to the students,and to keep them tidy. This made her tired out sometimes,and considering taking care of Veronica's things,this was going to get her tiresome a lot. But no one else knows it.

Robert thought that Veronica wouldn't look get a good impression to Melanie Floss. And if she was a friend to Linda,this was a good chance to make her in their side.
He quickly sent a note to Nick,saying,'Veronica is a good one to get in our side.'
Nick read the note,and nodded slightly.
That day,with Linda in their side,it was easy to be partners with her,and that solved the problem with getting a girl in their side.
But they knew that less girls would want that,since as they saw students' tensions,they didn't welcome Veronica completely.
It was because Veronica couldn't walk,which made her catching people's eyes. This was a school that was always wanting the best,and she definitely wasn't be useful at sports before. Well,Robert knew they had to change several negative views.
