There are many friends whose birthday is in September. I don't know what to choose every time I need to give a present. So, hoping you guys won't, I made a list of things that my friends like.

_Phone case & Griptok

A lot of my friends have phones. So they always like to get a pretty phone case or a griptok. But if you want to buy this kind of thing, you need to find your friend's cell phone model. And also, ask your friend do you use a griptok. If you give a griptok to a friend who doesn't use it, you are just blowing money on nowhere. And also, you need to check your friend's style. If your friend like simple ones, buy something that is not colorful. Something like black, or white or buy a jelly case. Or if your friend like colorful ones, buy something that is very colorful and has lots of designs on it. For a griptok, buy one that matches the phone case color. For example, if your friend's phone case is black, buy a griptok that is some kind of achromatic color. But there is a drawback when you buy something related to a phone. They are kind of expensive. These days, almost everything is expensive to buy, but expensive phone cases are almost 40 dollars. If you buy a cheap one, you can buy it to 5-10 dollars. I think griptoks are mostly like 3-7 dollars. But there is an advantage too. If you buy the right one, your friends would LOVE it. I was thrilled when I got a really cute phone case :)

_Mechanical pencil

I don't recommend buying if you're 1-3 graders. Most mechanical pencils are used when you're like 5-6 graders and in middle school and maybe until college. There are many, many of them. I like collecting mechanical pencils so I used a lot of them. I got the top 3 for the people who are thinking about what mechanical pencil to buy. Top3, Pentel Graph Gear 1000. It's kind of a long name and this mechanical pencil is very expensive. It was about 10-15 dollars. It's heavier than other mechanical pencils but it's good enough. I have one of these but I use this one rarely. But this one is good too. The drawback is it's kind of heavy. But all of my friends say it's not that heavy :) So, if you are now using mechanical pencils a lot, maybe buy this one?Top2, Zebra Delguard. This mechanical pencil is about 3-5 dollars. It's kind of cheap than the others. But it's good to use. It's very light and the lead doesn't break easily. I like this one very much so I have three of them. I recommend this one because it's cheap but good. Top1 Pentel Graph 1000. This one is about 9-12 dollars. But there are many limited editions and I have a limited edition and it was almost 20 dollars. So expensive. This is lighter than Pentel Graph Gear 1000 but heavier than Zebra Delguard the body part is kind of thin I prefer to use more thicker body part ones but this doesn't matter. It's so good. I mostly use it when I'm solving math problems. I recommend all of these. And also, before you buy mechanical pencils as presents, check if your friend is using pencils or mechanical pencils. Also, don't buy rusticly designed ones. I once got a mint-colored mechanical pencil, and the design was terrible! Think before you buy please :)

_Snacks

If you don't know what to buy, buy snacks. Almost every student like to eat snacks. And snacks are not that expensive. Just go to a convient store and grab some snacks. If you package it nicely, it would look like a nice gift to get. But I think just giving snacks makes the feeling go worse. Contain something else something like a pen. (If you're going to buy pen, buy Jetstream or Figno) They are about 1 dollar. There are lots of kind of snacks too. I recommend you guys to buy caramel or chocolate or jelly. I think that's almost all snacks but they are all so delicious! But don't give something that people either like it or dislike it (Something like Mintchoco) Almost all snacks are good :)
