Meanwhile, Rilla’s class just passed out the gifts fast, and went down to put their wishes at the tree.

They wanted the best spot to put their wishes.

“What’s your wish, Sena?” Rilla asked.

“Secret!” Sena said.

“Wish has to be secret if you want it to come true.” Erica said.

“Yeah, I know.” Rilla said.

“We all desperately want our wishes to come true.” Olivia said.

“Right. Right.” Emma said.

Erica, Rilla, Emma, Olivia, Sena were best friends and Master Learners team.

“I am going to hang mine at the highest!” Jake said.

“No, you’re not. I am going to hag it higher.” Rilla said.

They wrote their wishes down with the lightest colored pencil, and didn’t do spacing, and wrote very very small letters.

Everyone wished their wishes to come true.

Rilla wrote

I wish I can have a soulmate –Rilla-

Erica wrote

I wish I can become the first person who learns magic in this academy. -Erica-

Sena wrote

I wish our pets were stronger and earth gets healthier. -Sena-

Olivia wrote

I wish I can be smart and be famous for inventing the greatest thing in the world. And I wish other kids thing me smart and clever. -Olivia-

Emma wrote

I wish I can become a artist and I wish for happiness. -Artist Emma-

“Rilla, how can you get a true soulmate? That’s just in books.” Emma teased.

“There might be.” Rilla said.

“finding a soulmate is hard as high school studies.” Olivia said.

“I just wish it to come true.” Rilla said. And her friends nodded.

“Here is a snack.” A teacher said.

“Thank you.” They said.

“Oh, I like these.” Olivia said.

The snack was some jelly, walkingstick candies, cookies, chocolet.

“Yeah.” Rilla said.

“There is a box of papers. Let’s go see what it is.” Emma said.

“Okay.”

The paper had questions on it.
The questions were, Write the things that you feel about Christmas.

“Let’s do this together! I will go first.” Sena said.

“Sure.”

What I felt about Christmas is that it is soon the new year. I wish the new year is fresh, and I wish everyone will be nice to each other. I would like a clean, fun new year. I like Christmas because it is new year soon; the boring year is over. And, I would like a new cell phone for Christmas. -Sena-

What I think of Christmas is that I should thank my parents from treating me kindly and I wish I have a great new year. I wish I can get a tablet for my Christmas present. -Erica-

I wish I can learn french for the new year because I want to become smarter then the sixth graders. I want to get great knowledge for Christmas. I will study hard to beat the middle school students. -Olivia-

I want to become a artist. I promise to Cod that I will draw 20 illustrations every day. My Christmas wish is I want to draw well then the high school kids. -Emma-

I wish I can become a famous person in this academy and I wish I can learn magic someday in this academy. I want to get a book seres of ‘Magic tree house-Merlin missions. I want to become a writer someday. -Rilla-

“I think you do can beat the middle school students, Olivia. You are very smart. Let’s make a bet in that!” Emma said.

“Yeah.” Sena said.

“I bet for she can beat the middle school students the coming year!” Rilla said.

“Okay. I will bet for her that she can’t beat the middle school students!” Emma said.

“What about you, Sena and Olivia?

“I will make a bet that Olivia can’t beat the middle school students!” Sena said.

“Hey, why are you, Sena and Emma? I am super smart. I will bet for that I will get to beat the middle school students.” Olivia said.

“Oh, what courage!” Sena said.

“Are you ignoring me?” Olivia said.

“Yes!” Sena said.

“You can’t beat my older brother anyway!” Emma said.

“What? Guys, I am much smarter then you think. Stop ignoring me.” Olivia said.

“Okay, fine. We won’t. But I am right for my words. Really will!” Emma said.

“Ph, your older brother doen’t go to this academy. This academy is a good place to stay then being smart.” Erica said.

“He does go to this academy.” Emma said.

“What? You didn’t tell us.” Olivia said.

“That’s because I knew it today. He was at the attic when I climbed up.” Emma said.

“Oh, my younger sis goes to this academy.” Rilla said.

“Oh, my younger brother don’t go to this academy. I am great at tricking him.” Olivia said.

“I don’t have any siblings.” Sena said.

“I think you are lucky for not having any younger siblings.” Rilla said.

“Yeah, but I am lonely.” Sena said.

“I want no adventures to happen today.” Erica changed the subject.

“Why not? You always like adventures!” Olivia said.

“Today is Christmas. I want to have a quiet and pleasant holiday.” Erica said.

“I feel the same.” Emma said.

“I want a great painting for Christmas.” Emma said.

“I think you will. And I think we will have a quiet and pleasant Christmas.” Rilla said.

“I wish you are a fortuneteller.” Erica said.

“Yeah. Me too.” Emma said.
