if I in charge of an archaeological site,

and preserve. then I make three rules.

first. if people find an archaeological site,

we must decide business. 

because an archaeological site, people want to see, they must pay money. but any business no have this, people dosen't see that.

second. Must tell goverment.

if people find an archaeologiacl site, we don't tell say government, anyone didn't know that truth.

third. don't damage

if I digging an archaeological site, it is not mine. it is national property.

so we must protect that.
