 "What?!" asked all the people standing in the livingroom, even Grace. "Uh.... I meant..... That we saw the person who wrote it!" shouted Grace, frowning at Serena. "Can't you explain more exactly? If you don't from now on, I'll kick you out of this detective stuff!" Grace whispered, but everyone heard it. "Anyway, the person who wrote the letter is..... David!" she announced. Just then, David came into the livingroom. "Hey! Did you say my name?" he asked. He definatly didn't look nice. Grace looked stunned by this unexpected apperance. "Uh...no." Hilda looked at Grace carefully. Was she imagining things of was Grace acting strange? Meanwhile, Jenice was hurring things. "Why don't you tell him the truth? You were saying that he," Jenice justured at David. "Stole Julia and your stuff!" David frowned. "I didn't stole her stuff, and what are you talking about?" Jenice glared at David. "Someone stole Julia and Grace's things, and Grace declares that you were the one who did it!" "What?! I didn't steal their stuff!" David cried. "Stop arguing you guys, when..." Jenice cut Catherine off. "Why don't you confess? We have a pruff and a witness!" David shook his head vigorously. "No! As I said, I didn't steal anything!" While Catherine was trying to stop this agruement, Hilda stared at the card Catherine was holding. Then, she noticed something. 'This card isn't typed! It's hand written!' Hilda thought as she looked up. "Hey! I figured who is the culprit of this theft!" At first, nobody heard her. Hilda repeted in a louder voice. "I KNOW WHO IS THE THEIF!!!" All the kids stopped fighting and looked at Hilda. "Are you sure?" Julia asked. "Yeah, I'm sure. The theif had wrote this notice card by hand, so if we all write on some paper and compare the hand writings, we might be able to figure out the theif!" Hilda said. "Hilda, your a genious!" Jenice cried as she ran for some papers. When Jenice came back, everyone took out their pan to write. Julia wrote, "Grace and David is so irritating!" Everyone laughed except Grace and David. Grace wrote, "This stuff is so bothersome." "Can't you right more neatly?" Jenice asked. "Sorry, I'm left handed. So I'm not much of a neat righter." Grace said, sarcasticly. Serena wrote, "I'm not much of a neat righter too." Grace scowled but the other girls laughed. Belita-one of Grace's friends-wrote, "I want an apple pie, and some other stuff to eat." Everybody laughed. They knew from the first look of Belita that she liked to eat. Lastly, David wrote, "Me too. But I prefer a pineapple pie than just an apple pie." Everyone laughed again, except Hilda. Hilda finally said, "Hey...Guys....We have a serious problem here..." "What?" Catherine asked. Hilda looked up from staring at the card. Her face was showing that she was terrified. "Nobody matches the hand writting of this card!"

 "What???" Jenice cried. "Are you sure your not mistaken?" "Yes...I'm sure." Jenice snatched the card from Hilda. Jenice read showed everyone the card. It said, "Text: Lord Le Bati. Theme: Hair knew send-le. Daite: 19010417. P.S. Haha! The Crazy Hania Detectives Can't Catch Us!" Sertainly, this hand writing didn't match any of this kid's hand writing, unless... "Jenice! Give that card back!" Hilda said. "Why? This card isn't yours!" "Come on! If you hand it over, I'll lead you the book you want to see!" Jenice's eyes glinted. "You said it, now you can't change it." she said as she handed the card to Hilda. Hilda grinned. She now had a perfect theory(and a proof). The only thing that was left now was to test the theory to find out if she was right.
