Today, i wanna talk about math. Math.. Hard and difficult subject to most of people.. But did you ever thought about the reason why you are so anxious about math? Let's find out!

There are different thing you can do if you experience math anxiety. It would be good to try relaxation techniques like short breathing exercise. Lastly, by having growth mindset, you can think that you and your math skill can always improve :)
