Hera narrowed her eyes to see the scene beyond wallㅡwhich was in the temple of Caerus.
More than 5 months ago, the crack snapped and disappeared as a mortal boy and a girl crawled through it. But now, the crack was remade by Caerus again. Caerus was going to compete in the Olympics this time, and tried to found his champion in the future. So naturally, he made the time passage in his temple wallㅡagain. But because of the talkative Eros, who peeked in the temple of Caerus, spread that news to everyone. And now, all the godsㅡincluding Heraㅡknew about Caerus' time passage and wanted to see it to find there champion. And Caerus demanded the guards to protect the temple more than ever.
But Hera, the queen of the gods, managed to sneak into the temple in secret. It wasn't any formal thing to do for Hera, who had one of the most high status.
Hera gazed at the boy beyond the wall. He seemed to be practicing the diaulos, with a skinny girl watching him.
Hera's eyes glowed bright red with anger. They was the one who saved Heracles and the one who blocked her way.
'I'll get them and throw them into Tartarus someday andㅡ'
Suddenly, there was a sound from the other room of the temple, and Hestia stepped into Hera's sight.
They both looked at each other with extreme hatred in their eyes.
"Well, well. What are you doing here, sister?" Finally, Hestia opened her mouth, scowling.
"Not a thing that deals with you, Hestia." Hera forced to made a friendly, but creepy smile. And with that word, Hera disappeared with a reddish smoke.
Hestia smirked and stepped closer to the time passage. She was here to find her champion tooㅡin secret and an forbidden way, of course.
She peered through the crack. A mortal was preforming some of the games in Olympic. Hestia eyed the mortal boy. He seemed a good mortal to become an Olympic champion. Strong and passionate. He had 2 things that she emphasized and required about becoming an Olympic athleteㅡpower and passionㅡand seemed ready.
Her eyes twinkled as she kept her gaze on him.
"I've found my champion."
"It's 6 P. M, Brody, let's go home now. My parents will probably wonder what am I doingㅡand yours too." Julia said, checking the time with her phone.
They were at the hill near the Laurence History Museum. Brody was preforming some exercise while Julia was watching him, yawing.
"Huh? It's already 6 P. M? We'd better go. I have tons of homeworkㅡthanks to Mrs. Flooeid, the social studies teacher, I mean." Brody replied. Brody made a face when he mentioned homework and shivered.
While they were walking down the street, Julia noticed that Brody was looking around like a skeptical cat.
"What are you doing?" asked Julia.
"I'm just looking around in case there's a crack in the museum wall, like last time." Brody answered
"Duh, I don't think that'll work, Brody." Julia lauged.
Brody just shrugged. "No one knows what'll happen, dude." He said.
Although Julia ignored Brody's nonsense word, she found her self looking around like Brody. Perhaps she'll find something orㅡ The other option was so exciting that she couldn't sayㅡshe and Brody might find a time passage around here!
She held up her phone and quit looking around. Her logical mind was saying 'Looking and observing around probably won't work.'
Julia was checking the texts when Brody shouted,
"Julia, look at that!"
Julia spun around and saw a crack in the museum wall. She narrowed her eyes and said,
"Whoa, chill out, Brody. This museum is such old soㅡ"
Her eyes widened and her mind thumped and thumped as she saw the wall melt, and revealed a human's, or god's apperence.
The woman beyond the wall smiled and stretched out her hand, and grabbed Brody's armㅡwhile Julia grabbed Brody's other arm.
Everything went so suddenly and rapidly that Julia couldn't remember what happened to her when she landed.
She popped opened her eyes. In front of her, was a beautiful looking young woman who was wearing chiton and she was in a temple. Then she and Brody realized where were they.
They were back in Ancient Greek!
