  That day, Elesa only appeared at dinner time, and never come out of her room. We thought she was not feeling well, and gave her sometime to be alone. We played and talked after, and went to bed.

  The next morning, Elesa told us that she was kind of tired yesterday, and now she's okay. We had a walk outside the palace, enjoying the great beauty of Nature.

  We went to the room, excited to figure out what will happen next.

  One day, I visited John like usual. We met each other, and John took me to farther woods.

  "Why are you taking to this deep forests?" I asked John, after we arrived.

  "Because..." John hesitated and said, "Many people are here, and I don't want them to see you. You know, they are humans and they don't like fairies."

  "Oh, why are they here?" I asked.

  "Uh...I, I don't know. You don't need to pay attention to that." John said quickly.

I should noticed something from John's words at that moment, but I didn't. Stupid me. Anyway, John asked me about the necklace after that.

  "Do you still have your necklace?" John asked.

  "Yeah, of course. Why?" I said.

  "Can I have it for a day?" John said, "Because it's so beautiful, and I want to have a nice look at that."

  "Sure, you will need to give it back to me tomorrow. Be careful with that, since it's our world's most valuable and important treasure, you know." I smiled, and handed the necklace to John.

  "Thanks, it's so beautiful though I see it is changing to black." John laughed, and I laughed too.

  The next day, I was going to the forest when I heard a loud noise coming from John's house. It sounded like someone was cutting the woods, and I was confused since John's father finished working, and he don't cut woods anymore. I hurried toward the sound, and flew up high to see what was happening.

  I stopped at the moment I saw what was happening. Humans I saw yesterday, was gathered around a...huge machine that was cutting the woods. I was shocked, and I never seen so many trees being cut off. I was about to tell the other Stonies, when I suddenly remembered the promise with John, 'Don't tell other fairies what is happening here.'

  I sighed and I looked for John in the forest. I wanted to ask John about that. After few minutes of searching, I saw John waving hand at me. I went down, and John was waiting me.

  "John, what's happening right now? Tell me! Why are they..." I was asking John, when John interrupted me.

  "I know, I know. They are cutting woods. Why? Because to make money. I'm really sorry, and I should have told you about this. But, this was so sudden, and I didn't know it until today." John said.

  "But, but, John! You said that there will be no more trees cutting! You said that! You even promised me!" I said.

  "I'm really sorry, it was too unexpected. I really feel bad about it, my dad just said that, so suddenly, today morning, that people will cut woods here since today." John apologized.

  "Well, okay. I got it. What about my necklace? You are supposed to give it back to me." I asked.

  Just then, two big human appeared behind John. They were very tall, and looked strong. One human had the necklace at his hand.

  "Hey, that's my necklace! Give it back to me!" I said, and tried to get the necklace back.

  "No, no, young fairies. I heard that this is the treasure at your dumb world, huh?" He said.

  "How...How do you know? And why do you have my necklace?" I said.

  "Your loving boyfriend gave it to me, and told everything about you and the necklace, haha!" He laughed.

  At that moment, I was angry and shocked, and most importantly, I felt John had betrayed me.

  "John! You promised that you will never tell anyone about it! Don't you remember?! How could you betray me!" I shouted, tears running down my cheek.

  "It's...It's your fault...that you told me, and believed a human. I, I, I don't have anything to say about it." John said, trembling.

  "John! But, but...I loved you and kept the promises because I believed you! Don't you love me?" I yelled.

  "Who said that I...I love you? I, I don't love you, because...be-because you are a fairy!" John shouted.

  "Jo-John! JOHN...!" I shouted, and cried.

  How could John do that to me! I loved him, and I loved him so much. He was so nice, and he promised me to keep it forever! I felt something that I never felt before, "Despair" and "Regret". He was the whole world to me, and he meant everything to me! Why did I told him? Why did I believed him? Why did I loved him, so much?

  I was just crying when a man poked me in my arm.

  "Young fairy, stop crying. It's your fault, that you loved such a human." He shouted, and hit me.

  "Ouch!" I cried. "Hey, give me my necklace right now!"

  I jumped to catch the necklace, but I felt a pain at my back, and fell to the ground.

  "HA-HA! I guess fairies are stupid! Oh, you want to take it back from me? Then, give it a try!" A man laughed and said.

He threw the necklace high above the air, and I tried to fly to catch it. But, I couldn't because of the pain. The man had definitely hit me at my wings, I thought. 

  "Hey, dumb fairy. You should know that we are going to cut off the all trees and make fairies disappear. Oh, and we are taking this necklace as a souvenir. Thanks for telling us everything about your world!" Another man chuckled, and they walked away.

  I was crying in pain of love, when someone called me.

  "Elesa, Elesea! Are you okay? Look at me." It was John! John, whom I loved, and betrayed me!

  "Quick, Elesa! The man gave the necklace to me, and take it back right now! They don't know that I am here." John said, and quickly put the necklace at my hand. His hand was warm, and I felt a lump at my throat.

  "John..." I was about to cry again, but John stopped me.

  "I know you really feel bad for me. It wasn't my purpose. It was my dad's choice. I didn't know it, but he was the leader of the group that hated fairies. They forced me to tell everything about you and fairies yesterday, and ordered me to kept it secret and give the necklace to them. All I told you today, was everything that they ordered me to say. Elesa, I really love you, more than anything. I love fairies, especially you. I would be gone next day, and will not able to meet you anymore. I need to go now, bye!" said John.

  As he left, he gave me a note that said `I love you. I will miss you. I am sorry.`.

Oh, John! I should hate you, but I can't. I still love you, and bye...
