웃긴 이야기 3- 나무꾼과 호랑이

오렌 옛날에 한국의 북쪽 어느 산골에, 나무꾼이 살았다.

A long time a go in north of korea there live a woodcutter.

어느 날, 그가 산에서 나무를 하다가, 큰 호랑이가, 그를 덮쳤다.

One day he was working, a big tiger attack him

그러자 그는 호랑이 꼬리를 잡았다.

Then he take the tiger's tail.

그래서 서로 돌고, 돌았다.

So they are circled around and arounded.

그런데 그곳을 지나가는 한 스님이 요란한 소리를 듣고, 그곳으로 다가갔다.

Then there a bhikkhu is hear a noise sound and go a there.

그 스님을 본 나무꾼이 "스님! 저기있는 도끼를 들어 저 호랭이를 쳐 죽여 주십시요."

The woodcutter saw a bhikkhu and said "Hey! plece help me! plece kill that tiger."

그러자 스님이 "나는 불가에 귀화 했기 때문에 짐승을 죽일수 없소."

Then bhikkhu said "I can not."

그러자 나무꾼이 "나는 불교를 믿지 않아 이 호랑이를 죽일 수 있으니, 나와 위치를 바꿉시다."

Then woodcutter said "I can kill"

그래서 그들은 위치를 바꾸었다.

So they are changed ther site.

그런데 나무꾼은 짐을 싸고 어디론가 가는것 이였다.

But the woodcutter won't kill the tiger and go away.

그러자 스님이 "이보시요! 어서 이 호랑이를 죽여 주시오. 않그러면 내가 죽겠소!"

Then the bhikkhu said "Hey you! plece kill this tiger. If you don't I will be die!"

그러자 나무꾼이 "제가 스님의 말씀에 감명을 받아 저도 불교에 귀화하여 불 제자가 되려고 하니, 저는 역시 죽일 수 없습니다."

Then woodcutter said "I was very impression about your wold so I am want to a bhikkhu. So I can not kill tiger."

그후 그 스님을 본 사람은 아무도 없었다.

After that day no one can not see that bhikkhu.
